TreeFight believes whitebark pine are American national treasures, and should be celebrated, monitored and protected as such. Whitebark are teachers themselves: the dynamics of these defiant but vulnerable trees offer clear lessons on climate, disturbance, and adaptation.

TreeFight is pledged to protect these treasures and to provide them a voice, to tell their side of a quickly changing story we’re all writing together. To help us tell that story, please join us in a 2012 TreeFight mission.

We have some flexibility through the summer, so if you have a group that wants to do a TreeFight mission on a day not marked for one, please contact letshike /at/ treefight /dot/ org.
